How do I transfer a GBA save from my PC to my PSP?

Do I take one of my savestates on the PC or do I use the save option in GBA and save it to my "save" folder in PSPGBA?

ive done this before. just save a random slot and rename your one in PC as the exact thing in the PSP and replace it. first, MAKE SURE you have vba 1.7.2 (if you run VBA emulator), as that is the PSPVBA version.

ohh. you should have a .sgm file with the name of the rom that your playing. if not, go to File, Save... and save your game as a .sgm and then rename it and replace it to the PSP.
