oo, I found my old gameboy red cartrigde, and it took me 3 days and 34 minutes to beat the game!! pokemon isnt one of my strong points in video games

man how many tricks were there to catch that thing? www.smogon.com if anyone is interested in playing other people in netbattle you can get an online netbattler here. im trying to start a clan for this so someone let me know if they are interested.

hey joe if your on 1.5 when the music stops put the psp into sleep mode in the middle of ur game then bring it out of sleep mode and the sound will be fine.

I actually just started playing through Pokemon Red two days ago. And since I've been just battling to level up, I'm not too far into it. Luckily, I'm still not far enough for the Mew glitch to not work, so I think I may try that. Pokemon is still a pretty good game, probably the only turn-based battle game that I like. Haha also is it true that if you actually catch and keep Missingno it currupts your gamesave?

Im just wondering if you guys are actually running pokemon ADVANCE games on full speed? And how?
I read that you should download a rom that has a [!] which means that this is probely the best game dump there is, but I have excperianced from all the pokemon games that I have tried, it only runs at the half of the speed of what it should have been...

I tried really many roms, (only pokemon, thought :P )
So, im thinking, if you are running the full speed, would you mind pm me, or maby just hint me the letters you used on google? (if that's allowed)

Yeah, I think Missingno is like a virus, if you put him in your PC it corrupts all of your other Pokemon.

To run Pokemon games at full speed you need:

Homer's Rin for Gameboy Color Games

VBA v1.2.1 for Gameboy Advance Games

I caught a Missingno on my GBC game when I had it and it didn't corrupt my gavesave. The only sideeffect is it "Cracks" the screen when it attacks. Like you're looking at a reflection of them fighting on a mirror and the mirror just cracked. It's a weird glitch.

i rather play pokemon crystal on rin because you can use gamshark codes with it plus turbo mode makes it so much better.

Putting it on turbo mode sucks the replay value right out of it.

The replay value of leveling them up. With turbo mode, it's alot less time.
