is there a program that could translate a japanese gba roms into english? like thranslating the japanese words into english?

yeah its called patches it think? there files that like people make and then u use a program to patch the rom with the translation although some games have like only 0%- 60% translation >.< lol so ya

steps:


1. Download IPSWin http://zerosoft.zophar.net/ipswin.htm
2. Open the program.
3. Select the ROM file to patch.
4. Select the IPS patch to use.
5. Click Patch!

This ROM is now ready to be loaded and played with an emulator.
