*Ahem* Let me re-compose myself...
There is no chance of the PSP running the Model 2 version of Daytona USA. It doesn't even work on the PC version of MAME. Model 2 is quite beefy for the PSP to emulate as it has to emulate using no hardware acceleration for the 3D. Virtua Fighter 2 is also Model 2.
Sega Model 2 hardware
Main CPU : i960KB (@ 25 Mhz), 68000 (@ 10 Mhz)
Sound Chips : YM3438 (@ 8 Mhz), (2x) MultiPCM (@ 8 Mhz)

Video resolution : 496 x 384 pixels
Aspect Ratio : 4/3

No. As far as I remember, Daytona USA is running on Model 2A hardware, which has an undocumented chip (some sort of math processor), so don't expect it to be emulated anytime soon. It's been at a standstill for a couple of years.
edit: There's the Sega Saturn version, which also sucks donkey balls and the Saturn is a beast of a system to emulate, tough luck there. Theres also the PC version, which ...sucks donkey balls. Your best chance is a port from Sega. Which probably won't happen, the PSP doesnt need any more racers.Geändert von spindoc (08-05-2006 um 03:07 PM Uhr)
