Default .7z files?

I am trying to download roms from a certain site and the download prompt shows that the file is a .7z file.

I've gotten a few from other sites and they were all .rar zip files like the norm.

Should I download these new ones, and if so what action do I take to get them on in the emu afterward

Winrar won't work on .7z files but winrar will work on zip files, along with about 20 other compression types.
