Elitendo Trained Games (not working for me)
Hey all. I am a BIG Macross fan, and I have a copy of Scrambled Valkyrie for the SNES that has a trainer by Elitendo on it.
I have used just about every version of SNES9X on the PSP (both the official versions and the "Y" versions), but I can't get the game to work. The ROM appears to load fine, and the screen says that the ROM image is loaded, but then the screen goes blank and nothing more happens. SNES9X doesn't crash, I can still go back to the menu and load other ROMs, change settings, ets, just fine.
I know that my ROM is good, it works in both ZSNES and SNES9X for the PC. I can play the regular (non-trainer) version of Scrambled Valkyrie just fine.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there some "magic" trick to making it work? I don't mind playing without the trainer, but the trainer makes it easier to get to the higher levels, you know.
Anyways, if "Y" should happen to learn of this, it's something to consider for future releases. Thanks!
