ok so i installed kxploit and got the RIN GTA vba emulator. installed that onto my psp got 2 folders with VBAPSP one without the % and one with, and i now wat do i do? i know im supposed to put the gba roms in the VBAPSP folder and name the rom rom.gba, but im confused with the gba file selector, i made a new folder for the gba file selector and it says for me to open a blank document and save it as rom.gba so i did and saved it into the same folder as the file selector, then i go to file selector on my gba and it says its unable to play the game. can it be beacause of the gta emulator? did i do something wrong? if you can help id appreciate it.

if you read the ulitmate homebrews guide then it tells you all you need to know something about naming your gba roms Gba.rom or something just find somoene who has the link to the ulitmate homebrews guide and then read down thro it to the gba emu part

Yeah, check out the Ultimate Hombrews Guide. But, make sure that when you downloaded the GBA EMULATOR (if you really did or not), make sure that there's EBOOT files in both the VBAPSP and VBAPSP% files. If there is only one EBOOT file open up KXPloit. On the first space, put VBAPSP, on the second space put the EBOOT file, and on the last place put the directory of the usb cable (mine is F:\) and click generate. Then, go to PSP/GAME and make the folders VBAPSP and VBAPSP% and drag or copy the correct EBOOT files into the folders. Then, from there, you can just download ROMS and get the file of the ROM (making sure that it ends in .gba) and just drag it into PSP/GAME/VBAPSP, not the VBAPSP% file. Make sure that the ROM is named rom.gba (yes, it has to be named rom.gba). You can only put/play one ROM at a time since if you put multiple games named rom.gba, the PSP won't know which one that you want to load, and mess up. There's probably more info, including screenshots and links, in Guides that you can see on this forum, so make sure to view them. I hope this helps! Remember to use the Search button on the menu button when "searching" for help and info.

I've seen at least 2 threads from this dude (maybe three) where he's trying to get GBA running on Rin. hey nub do us all a favor and forget all about emulation untill you learn to read the FAQ thoroughly.
