The game loads up fine and i can start playing, but at the first scene the screen flashes black and freezes. The rom is fine it works ok on my comp. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or maybe knows a work around, or even a diffrent emulator that it will work on.

While Ive never played that game on NESterJ myself it's probably just a bad dump of the ROM. To avoid any real problems, always look for the [!] at the end of your ROMS those signify a perfect dump of the original, so possibly try a different site!

Yeah that was probably the reason. I dont know though I had an NES emulator back in the day on my PC that only seemed to play [b1] games. Thats weird cuz [b1] ususlly signifies a bad dump lol. It was probably just a bad emulator, although, after learning a bit abot how these ROMs are tagged it still kinda puzzles me......

Werewolf does not run for me either...it does that same thing...but only on my PSP. It works on every emu for Nintendo I have on my computer. It did have a [!] after it as well.
