I'd recommend Gameboy/Gameboy Color.

Rin 1.27 is the best at the time I'm posting this.

Neogeo CD is very stable, although it can get the odd case of slowdown although for the most part it runs perfectly.

What are your settings for neogeo CD? I get some slowdown when multiple enemies are on the screen in the metal slug games.

just 333MHz and Frameskip 1, I get slowdown when there are loads of people on screen (train level for example) but I can live with it.

Nester, RIN,NeoGeoCD are all fairly strong, of the three neo lags mostly on metal slug 2, hardly ever on metal slug 1.

I say Sne9x y27. If you put it in 333mhz, no transperacy(sorry if spelled wrong), and 1 frameskip the games will run smooth. street fighter 2 runs smooth for me.

RIN 1.27 is the best. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that there is any need to have it running at anything above 222mhz. NesterJ is fast as well and I thought the DGEN is pretty good a 333mhz.

PCEP is pretty good on the default settings for most games I've tried - sometimes just a tad of slowdown. 266 clears that up, mind ^^

I wouldnt say that no emu at this time has Zero lag. I personally think that it all depends on your setting and what is going on during gameplay. I was playing Megaman X a couple hours ago and at the beginning you know when your running on the highway in the first stage there isnt lagg. But when those little robo things start flying throught the air you can start to get a little lagg but it's nothing that is totally impossible to handle. We'll just have to wait till the emu's on the PSP are completely in sync with the actual gameplay from the consoles.
