because its a gba, I mean they didnt even attmept a 3d gta on ps1.

whats funny is sega also made moneky ball all 3d and like the console evrison for the psp, and it works well. I cant think of any other 3d games (besides first person shooters done poorly) besides ones made by sega on the gba.
