no, but it could be the loading or saveing on the ms

nope its quite short (harverst moon) the only game i experienced horrible loading times was kirby

Its saving the sram every time it is changed. U can stop it by removing the memory stick and rentering it when u want to save ur progress(the game is not loaded from ms it is loaded completely from ram so it wont crash if u remove the ms).

Some games take longer to save than others. That's what I have personally noticed.

r u supposed to put the games in a seperate folder in the eboot folder, or along with the eboot?

Cant say i have mines actully quite quicker than the normal gba :P well for pokemon fire red it is :)
