Now we have a lovely gameboy advanced emulator for our PSP's, I'm going to do a compatablity list!

check it out regular, as I'll keep it updated as roms are tested!

0001 - F-Zero (J)(Independent).gba - working well, turn farmerate up to 2 (racer)
0032 - Castlevania (E).gba - working well after jerky intro, turn framerate up to 2, (platform)
0037 - Earthworm Jim (U)(Mode7).gba - working, but very jerky even with frameskip turned up!
0050 - Super Mario Advance (E)(Cezar).gba - working perfectly, frameskip up to 2
0058 - Bomberman Tournament (U)(Mode7).gba - Working well, frameskip up to 2 (RPG)
0062 - Super Street Fighter II X Revival (J)(Eurasia).gba - working perfect, frameskip up to 2, (fighter)
0073 - Jurassic Park III - The DNA Factor (U)(Mode7).gba - crashes to black screen on booting!
0083 - Final Fight One (E).gba - working/playable but choppy sound even with frameskip set at 2, (beatem up)

I'd prefer a copatibility list that includes brief comments on what sort of game the rom actually is ie: Namco museum - cotains several games that people might like, pacman, galaxians ect.

I'd like to help people know what type of games to look for, some GBA roms are naff and I wouldn't want my memory card cluttered up with the garbage roms, other people must think the same!

I'm only trying to help!

Also: I'm not to keen at looking at color coded Rom lists! yellow text rips your eyes out! YUK!

Theres nothing like Yellow in the Compatiblity List... and the Idea bout Game Descriptions... Oh man... Its a Compatiblity List... not a Game Journal...

I like the Idea thought, but as I said... Do a List for Game Descriptions if you want... its atleast something that we havent seen yet...

I'd say upon current tests conducted, roughly 50 percent of roms run great, 30 percent run with sound/graphics/speed issues and 20 percent crash or freeze.

Not a bad effort for a beta release, this emulators going places now!

their are already rom lists for working titles but many folk dont know what type of games they are!

everyone likes different game types be that fighters, shooters, driving, sports, classics, RPG, shootem ups ect......

Its just nice to give people an idea of what roms they might find enjoyable, rather than trawling through all the 2500 GBA ROMS!
