The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

On the rom (I just started this game). After I wake up and the princess is stone. I go south till the construction workers and then I go East (right) but for some reason I can't cut the tree stumps that block my way. Any help?

This is with the gpSP rom.

I checked it said I just go right till I see some tree's/stumps and cut through them.

Sadly im waiting for the next update so i can play minish cap to the end!

i never played it so i got the rom. then i got to that part and boom couldnt continue through the game

I played this not so long ago and I think you do go east. Try going up a bit cause I think I remember trying to cut through the stumps at the south east corner and it turned out it was bushes and to be more north east.

I cant get past the ice temple boss it crashes everytime i fight the boss =/

it crashes during the boss in the ice but there is a way to get past this. first hit all 3 boulders at the boss. then when u have to light his tail on fire go near the tail and light it and then turn the light off. make sure the fire isnt long just for the sec u light his tail. then when the room gets all dark just run around in the dark and then it will get light again. then just hit him with 3 boulders and the boss is defeated.

Yeah, just use gPSP 0.7. I've tried, and that problem is definetely fixed.

In 0.7 I still get a blue screen when I fight the boss, I even tried using the alt version, still got a blue screen too. I might just defeat the boss on the pc, then transfer the save over.

Tor just read forzazzurri13 post above mine. Basically you gonna wanna use the light as less as possible or it will crash you. So just turn the light on to burn his tail when needed and turn it off as soon as his tail is on fire. When the room gets dark dont use the light just wait till its light again. Seems like having the light on for too long on that fight is whats causing the crash.

Yup I realized it was the light causing the problem, completed the boss now.

If anyone can very reliably get it to crash (ie, easily make it crash quickly after loading the game) let me know, you could be useful for debugging later.

I made it crash pretty quickly (as soon as I started fighting the boss, with the lantern as others said), But I corrupted my .sav file and now I have to start from the beginning again DAMN'T.
When you get to the boss, if you keep the lantern on, or turn it on/off/on/off/etc., it will crash.
(if anyone has a save of that dungeon before the boss, hook me up! I will try again to try to re-enact the crash.) Otherwise, time to start over sigh :Argh:

has anyone also having problems with the wall not showing the cracks? where you suppose to bomb it. coz i can't find the cave where i suppose to get the grip ring so i can climb the mt cremel. i'm stuck.is it pass the whirl wind. i've tried the walkthroughs it says its there but i can't find that grip ring.
