What Pokemon roms work on Gpsp?

I've Gotten only Emerald and Leaf Green to run, i haven't patched Fire Red, Ruby/Saphire to get them to run, cause i didn't see a point when Emerald is basically just an expansion, and Leaf Green is basically just the same a Fire Red. =/

Can anyone diagnose my problem? I've tried two different Emerald roms (one that did have an [!]) and both freeze after I leave the blue screen of the emu. Both stay on a plain white screen.

If you dont have problems with other games then its probably the rom , or if its zipped it might be ¨too well¨ zipped i had that problem with a game( Harvest Moon FMT ) that worked zipped but not unzipped so i just unzipped it and then zipped it back at a lower quality( Winrar´s standard level for zip files ) compression and it worked fine. In your case its probably the rom because mine works fine, so if other roms work its fine, if other roms dont work either then its an instalation problem on your part or a bad bios.


Oh and make sure you have the emulator set at 128k before you load the rom or you wont be able to save in the game

I don't have it zipped and I know it's a good rom, I've played it fully on my comp before. I've tried plenty of other games, and those work fine. It's just Emerald that I'm having trouble with.

Edit: How do you change the save type before loading a game? The only way I can find that option is in the ingame menu by pressing Tri+Right.

Edit: I just figured out a way to boot it up. I have to at first let it stall at the white screen, and then change it to 128k and restart it. Doing this seems to allow it to boot up. Does everyone else get the message "The internal battery has run dry. Clock based events will not occur." when playing Emerald as well?

Yeah the emulator doesnt have a clock so the rom thinks the battery has run out on it.

If you hit X at the gui when the emu boots up it brings up the menu , at least i think its X look at the bottom of the screen and it tells you what button it is.
