I'm having issues running this rom on my psp, does anyone know if there is a way i can play this on my psp? Thanks in advance!

we cant help you with rom/iso troubleshooting here.

Uh, you can help people with ROMs, you just can't link to them. As far as this ROM goes, its not worth trying because SNES9X TYL doesn't emulate the FX chip very well, and Star Fox (1) is barely playable already. Star Fox 2 would be a nightmare.
