what does [!] - Verified Good Dump mean on a rom? im playing secret of evermore and it has that, and i cant equip my armor or use my healing items? or use alchemy.

That means that it is a good rom that someone has checked and said that there should be no problems with it. Your problem may be emulator related.

It's exactly what it sounds like. The rom dump has been verified to be good.

It's means that while making the rom the authur had himself quite the #2. Probably very memorable...you know, the kind of thing you tell people at parties.
