What would I need so that roms could run on the Psp? :think:

beyond that, all you could ever need to play homebrew(except the roms) are all on this site. There's a complete homebrew guide somewhere around here in these forums, so i suggest you search for it.

Don't forget to pick up your PSPMSGTF conversion utility and a couple of extra 4.5V capacitors.
