Default Emulators are confusing...need help

I really wanna play monkey 64 emulator and a good gba emulator but they are so confusing to use. I just got a 1.5 psp and i cant get any homebrew on it. Can someone give me a good guide to use these emulators cuz i find the ones provided with them confusing.

P.s i have not had any homebrew on my psp so this is a first for me!

monkey 64 isnt really the best n64 emulator, try deadalus R8, its the chit...and if you need any help with it just PM me
