Default Summon Night gpsp problems

For some reason, Summon Night crashes during boss battles in gpsp. Is this because of my ROM or because of gpsp? I've read reports of people that didn't have major problems.

Is there any way to fix these issues or do I have to wait until a new gpsp comes out? I fell in love with this game.

Sorry if this has been answered or if it is in the wrong place.

Probably due to gpsp.

So it's my ROM? That's good news and bad news.

Great that I can just get a new ROM, but bad because I don't know where else to look. Doesn't help that people can't link either.

No, it's the gpsp because 99% of people are having the same problem, including me
