I figured with the GPSP alot of you guys were playing pokemon, well if you are theres this site you might find interesting. since i cant post the link just go to google and put Pokemon Maker. The first link should be it. go there and put the info for your pokemon then you will get a cheat code usually i choose gameshark instead of VBA because it works better for me. after you get the code put it in your cheat database in VBA the master code (M) is not needed in VBA. After you use the cheat the pokemon will be in your PC box. sorry if you already knew but thought you would be interested if you still need help let me know.
