Default Make a game smaller for SCUMMVM

hello, i have "The Curse of Monkey Island" for PC, and it is Scumm compatible, but i was wondering if there is a way to make the files (2 disks, about 500 mb on each) smaller, by converting the music files, and maybe even deleting the voices and movies.

I tried to put the game on my memory card without the movies and sound, but that gave me a blue screen and didnt allow the game to start,

so is there a way for me to do this?

(PS: I have a 256 memory stick, and i would only need one disk on it at a time)

Default MP3 Compression

I dont know if the PSP build supports it, but ScummVM can use MP3 compressed sound files like MONSTER.SOU->MONSTER.SO3 for Sam n Max that makes the games much smaller.

Or try and track down the older, floppy versions of games. Those are usually quite small as they are not the Full Talkie versions.

CMI is not a floppy version, it is a WIN95+ game, also, it does not use .sou files, it uses .san files

new question: is there any way i can edit the COMI.LA0 and COMI.LA1 files to not try to read the other files?
