Resident Evil 2 doesn't work. Crashes PSP.
Yep, RE2 - German version doesn't work for me either. Crashes right after the "Violence" screen. It shows a screen of some psychedelic noise. (Tried both US and PAL BIOS)Zitat:

Winning Eleven 3 works fine, slight problem with the text. Still slow, but i am sure the next release will speed things up.
[NSTC] [BIN] Team Buddies
Loads midway screen then powers off
-= Double Post =-
[NSTC] [BIN] Syphon Filter 3
Doesn't load just hangs at a black screen
Does Crash Bandicoot work with both bin and ISO, or just one of them???? On the list it does'nt have bin or ISO next to it.
Army Med 3D runs, but crashes after 1st screen
Vagrant Story - Crashes on startup after the Squaresoft logo. :sps2:
Edit: Wild 9 Crashes Doesn't work at all. Both are Bin/ntsc

does anyone know about the megaman games?(megaman 8,x3-6 ,battle and chase, legends 1 &2)thanks in advance!
sorry i havent done any updates today ive had to do my science coarsework all day but ill update tomorrow :)
if i run ISO's that run under a PS1 mod-chip will it wokr if i edit the bios some way? that would PWN!
The only way you can get PSP to have PSX games is by using ISOs. Might I suggest you try and convert them to bin though. I seem to have more success with bin whereas all my ISOs just crash. (though I have only had one success with the bin, no ISOs have loaded at all)Zitat:

You don't need to edit the BIOS, as long as you have a copy in your fodler it will work.
PS: Naughty naughty, you should buy those games, not have copies.
Vagrent Story (BIN) freezes at Square Enix screen.
Mega Man 8 Aniversery [NSTC-U] (BIN)
Won't load.
GameShark CDX 3.3
Loads image with many "gameshark" logos, then does nothing.
CodeBreaker [NTSC-U] (BIN)
Fails to load in game load menu.
GameShark Lite
Does not load.
GameShark v5
Loads perfectly! (distorted text, but readable) If there was a way to load a game after the cheats were selected, I bet it would work! I had cheats loaded and was ready to play, but it said that the gameshark disc was still in the drive :(

Metal slug in action.
can some1 see how duke nukem total meltdown does? BTW can i use Nero to make a bin and cue out of a psx cd i have?
To answer my own question Crash Bandicoot works in ISO format, graphics are perfect, not full speed, but nonetheless playable. I managed to complete the first level without too much trouble. Oh yeah and for the list its a PAL version.Zitat:

MegaManX 6 goes to a white screen and then shuts off...
Here's the games I tested:
Resident Evil 1(PAL)ISO and BIN-Crashes emulator
Sypro:Year of the Dragon(PAL)ISO and BIN-Freezes after Universal logo
Final Fantasy IX(PAL)ISO and BIN-Freezes at white screen
A Bugs Life(PAL)ISO and BIN-Freezes after the 'SCEE Presents' screen
Sorry about the mistake but Bust a Groove 2 turns off the PSP before Strike dances, when i said after, i meant After the companies are displayed.Zitat:

Grandia ISO boots and gets past the sony entertainment screen then crashes.

Hmmm thinking of what game to try next...
Shouldn't this thread be PSX-P cause if theres another PSX emulator out soon then this thread will be confusing for newbies..
I tested a .BIN of Diablo... Lets just say, it's still a black screen. Not frozen, not crashed. Upon trying to use the Home key to exit, it freezes on Please Wait...
I'll play around with it some more and edit if I get any results...
So no more testing? I dont want this thread to die.
how fast does brave fencer go and any sound???
Why was this unstickyed?
Yeah why was it? I think this is sticky material.
I tested it too and I got the same results... :(Zitat:
