What roms for the CPS2PSP are fully working? Also, I tried to download Marvel vs Capcom but it wouldn't work. Anybody else have that happen?

What do you mean by fully work? If you mean load up than all of them if you mean speed wise with sound then all of them work at 45~60 fps with sound. Most of them are at 60fps only large ones are slower (20 MB+), but after it has loaded the graphics it goes at about 60 fps most of the time. Also check this thread out:
