i recently got a couple of 100 in 1 game roms for nintendo and it doesnt seem to work.. is there a way to make it work or the emulator just cant play it?

it should work fine!?!?! mayby its your rom?? but to be honest its not worth it the games are rubbish!! i mean really rubbish

Oftentimes these 100-in-1 or similar games use odd mappers, so it might be that whatever one you're using has a mapper that's unsupported in Nester. There's really nothing you can do then (short of doing a mapper hack) but most of the games in those carts are dupes, so you're probably better off just nabbing each ROM you want.

yeah, those 100 in 1 packs are definitly those Quantity over Quality type deals... not worth your time....

Are you sure it's not just the menu? Some of those multicart roms are stripped of the actual games since they're duplicated elsewhere.
