Probably a known error, but I searched around and didn't see it mentioned anywhere. My PSP has crashed twice when fighting the boss (octo) in the Temple of Droplets:

Epc 08962D8C
Cause 00000010
Status 600008613
Advaddr 00005287

Anyone else seen this error? Any way around it?

It crashes when you have the lamp on for too long. so when it comes to burning the bosses tail keep the lamp on for as short a time as possible.

Ugh...I'm having this problem too. And no matter how short a time I use the lamp it crashes. Is there no way to set something in the config that could stop this from happening? I'll also post the error I got.

There's no way to fix that in the current public build of gpsp. You can only defeat that boss with... using the lantern under 5 seconds (just select it and turn it on enough to burn the tail and then switch to another item immediately.). Please be patient and wait for the next release of gpsp. :)

This issue is in many other threads, just get past that part on VBA for the PC and xfer the .sav file back to your psp. Gpsp and VBA use the same .sav files.
