I am a big noob about putting emulators on the psp, I have already downloaded an emulator, and I have no idea where to save the emulator to the psp and where to put the roms in order for it to work. Can anyone help me out?

Oh yea I have the Snes9xv0.02pd1.zip emulator if that helps.
