I downloaded the Neo Geo emulator, but when I tried to use the converter, it wouldn't convert any roms. It gives me an error so I can't cache it. What do I need to do? The games I tried to convert was King of Fighters 98 and 99.

You have to use the MAME versions of the roms

One more problem. What bios do I need? The name of the file would be fine.

Where do I put all the files? I put them in all the folders but it still says that BIOs are not found?

Put your roms in a folder in side the neogeo folder called Roms and put the bios file in there too, do not unextract the bios file.

I put all the files into all the folders, but it still doesn't work. When I try to load up the game it gives me an error saying "This game only work without sound.
ERROR: CRC32 not correct. "Europe [email protected] (Ver. 2)"

Then I pressed any button and it says BIOS not found.

Sounds like your bios is a bad dump, or a older version. The one I use is 321KB and contains 12 files.
