If I were to post a DevHook w/ Gpsp and CheatMaster already fully loaded, with only 150F (which doesnt require a dump), and 0 ROMS, would I be in trouble...? I've noticed that a lot of people are having trouble setting it up so I thoguht I should upload an already set up one with a readme... Am I allowed to...???

I have been wondering this lately, if theres a ROM Discussion thread here why isn't there a ISO Discusion (even mentioning ISOs isn't allowed here). When they both are against the law if they aren't your back ups.. Does anyone know why that is so?
Partly I guess because PSP games are still current and would upset sponsers if the forum was seen as a "piracy haven"

Yes, because GPSP requires the gba bios, which is an illegal to distribute file. Sorry.
Train: I guess... Nintendo's not so aggressive about ROMs while Sony's very irritating with almost anything that has to do with their profits. Take Lik-sang for an example...

That was the point, yet some people still couldn't put it together (you forgot CM) they needed MSN help. (Yes, Maniakc, im looking at you...) So I was just gonna have that part already made... :/ I don't like being a n00b magnet, seeing I am a n00b right now myself...

If it doesn't have the BIOS then you can but its kind of pointles IMO.
