Chrono Cross was a great game, the story kept me on my feet. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of characters. Most of them were useless anyway. I own all Bof games and love them, however they're not for everyone. But I would suggest IV over III for the ps1. As for the FF's, in the order of MY choice (don't bag if you don't aggree), I would get IX, then VII, and if I'm in the mood for it, VIII. Other games I've liked on the ps1 include FFTactics ( I have like over 200 hours in that game... prolly close to 300), Azure Dreams was interesting, Vagrant Story, Tomb Raider (The first one in my opinion was tons of fun), Twisted Metal 2, Xenogears, Command and Conquer was pretty ok, Oddworld games were fun, Time Crisis, RE series of course, PaRappa the Rapper lol, Klonoa Door to something (I forgot the full title),and umm yeah there are tons of good games. I'll stop here.

I dont use the ps1 emulator cuz its far from playable but it will run roms. I believe you need .bin or .iso files to run them thru the emulator so try to find a converter to convert your files to .bin or .iso. Remember ps1 emu is not playable so spending all this time with it is uselss unless you want the joy of seeing a ps1 game running on a psp.
