The main reason I have installed the Dark Alex Firmware (2.71) is so that I can backup my games to MS.

im not sure but i think any talk regarding iso's and backups are illegal on this forum, sorry.

Cashmoney is right. We can not talk about backing up or playing ISO's.

To clarify why we can't tell you how, UMD's are not an open format. This means, it is illegal to extract and/or use the files in any way, even if you own the original disk. The only way that you can, is if your original disk is broken, and even that loophole is shaky.

ummm, you take your UMD disk, dump it out into your toilet, and pray to god it works.

In the UK it is illegal (technically) to copy music but the law gives you the right to backup but not redistribute software. However I don't know where the forum is hosted. I'll delete my original post. Damn it's a pain not knowing how to do this. I'll maybe just flash to 3.01!
