Roms running slow !

    Standard Roms running slow !

    Heya guys...i try to play my SNES roms and they run slow...is there a way i can speed them up other than OC'ing my cpu ?

    Standard

    Clocking it at 333MHz is not overclocking it, so do that. Lower the sound quality to 22 and put frameskip to 2-3 and you should be set for most games.

    There is no way to over clock the cpu in the snes emu...
    Try running your psp at 333mhz that should speed it up ;)

    Standard

    press left on your analog stick and a menu will come up. In that menu you can change all that. Very easy to do. Goodluck

    and bringing it to 333 wont mess anything up for sure..just want to make sure...its a pricely little toy to burn up

    It's made to go that fast, so it shouldn't hurt anything, except drain your battery faster.

    some games won't run fast no matter what you do, unless you don't mind them looking jerky as hell. Mario Kart and FFIII come to mind...

    But yeah, try clocking the CPU to 333, frame skip 2 (4 is about the limit for me), sound to 11khz. FYI, in-game controls for frame skipping is up and down on the stick.

    yea... crank it up to 333mhz... abnd mess with the frame skip options... sometimes u also habve to turn the sound off also :'(

    And turn of transparency you dont need it in some games and if something on the screen will be missing the just turn it on.
