NTSC genesis only???

My ROM Phantasy Star 4 for genesis doesn`t work. It says,"Developed for use only with NTSC Genesis systems".

Does this mean I`m screwed? It said that for PSPGenesis and DGen,but worked for Megadrive. I deleted Megadrive because it was japanese and had no sound.

So what do I do?

Just change the region from AUTO to USA. If you're using PSPGenesis .17 I think its the triangle button and if you're using the older ones i think its the trigger. With some games the auto doesnt work to well so you have to change it to usa.
