Standard Fav Roms for nonexistent N64 emu

Lets pretend that there was a fully operational N64 emulator, what roms would you play? Heres my wish list  .

    1. Rampage 2: Univeral Tour (Spent hours upon hours with the ps1 version)

    2. Golden Eye (the dawn of dm)

    3. Mario Kart 64 (Classic turned 3d)

    4. Star Fox (Happy memories)

    5. Super Smash Bros (so fun)

So in the unlikely event that I ever play a N64 emu on my psp, that what I'll be playing.

BTW. Has anyone gotten star fox (snes) to run at a decent lvl? Ive tried 333 2 frame skip but that super fx stuff runs to slow.

Ridge racer 64 could be fun. Just to compare last gens (or is it the gen before last with the new systems coming out?) ridge racer to the current gens handheld version.

Well, goldeneye made it main stream, Rare was the first to introduce the FPS engine that actually made where you hit someone actually affect damage done, goldeneye revolutionized FPS's

Why thank you, I spend a lot of time playing my 64 still, so those games are fresh in my mind. Plus all of those except for Jesus in a Box I can make the ROMS for on my own so it won't actually be illegal.

lol, I love my N64, it still has better games than XBOX/PS2/GC, that quite amazes me. Battle tanks is one of my favorite multiplayer ones, can get quite hectic :), plus any game made by Rare is a game to own, Rare makes the best games ever, and bungie too (They've been making good games for a long time)

I agree with what you say about Rare, and Bungie, cause Marathon was great, and of course Halo is now. The only thing about the N64 I don't like, to this day, is the controller. It was kinda cool, but for someone with big hands, playing practically EVERY game with half a controller starts to be anti-ergonomic.

    Mission Impossible
    ... :eh:

and about Donkey Kong 64 as long as the expansion pak is emulated it will run. I believe that it runs now on the newest project 64. It did not run correctly in the past. But the chance that the expansion pak is ever emulated seems slim to none at least for me. Since so few games took advantage of it, and since the n64 emulator for psp will be undoubtable bear you can pretty much count on it not working for a long time, if ever. It's a shame though considering majoras mask and dk64 took advantage of it. Oh well.

lol, the controller. I probably the only one that holds it wrong! I have my right thumb on the analog, and my left hand over the top of the controller to access all the other buttons, I believe that I am the first to do that with the controller :) (I can't handle it any other way for some reason)

Is it just me or was the last mario party on the n64 better than the one that followed on gamecube? I havent played any of the ones after it, but to me the first gamecube mario party was a major let down in comparison. plus it lacked that cool minigame with the chomps and goombas and stuff as pets.

And btw, me and a few other people are working on a 64 emu. Hopefully we can get it running soon, but don't get your hopes up for full speed or anything. Could be delayed etc.
