My copy of wii sport resort has broken though i do still own it does that mean legally i can back it up and play it?
If so whats the process in doing so. I have the homebrew channel if needed?

Wii sports resort is fairly recent title right? That means you should be covered under a 90 warranty (or at least most games have this). If so, just send it to Nintendo and you'll get a new disc.
