After staring at Nintendo's keynote video over and over, (getting more excited everytime) I really was exstatic to see how they've already come up with their new controller being implemented. We've seen sword fights, dental and orchestral sims being acted out, and what sounded like making Mario jump by moving the controller up and down.
What I was wondering, is what all kind of games you could come up with that the world has never seen. The orchestra conducting game for example, along with virtual drum machines blew my mind. A gaming console is finally out where people can learn motor skills coordination (albeit not exact, but more than button mashing.)
Out of curiousity, what games can all of you come up with? I would love to see a painting game where you're actually drawing it with your hands and no mouse on the screen. Imagine light-saber fights in Star Wars games, and even using the controller like 'the force.' Sim games would take on a whole new level wherein the user would actually be simulating the game themself, instead of pressing buttons. Think about the controller being a helicopter for example and having to move/tilt the controller to fly the chopper, tilting it for directions, while using the thumbstick to aim a missile at a target.
The possibilities are endless and I'm very curious to see what you can come up with. Let the ideas flow =)
