8.0/10 on IGN vs. 6.0/10
People have different opinions, just cause they are on the same site they don't have to agree with each other. Doubt there are any differences at all in the games.
i really like red steel. its not hard and dosent require much thought. just simple shoot the **** outta the other guys. other people say it blows. althought shooting games on the wii give my hand cramps
I have to say, it is a little odd that the UK reviews say that it's great, while the US reviews say it's just another average shooter.
It was made in the UK, I believe, so maybe the cheesy-ass voice acting doesn't sound so bad to people who are used to hearing a different accent. Although I doubt it would affect anything. If you look on metacritic, you'll notice that the game's scores were all over the place, ranging from 50% to 90%. It seems like the game is hit or miss.
You'll also notice that the highest score was given by an (obscure) UK magazine.
Yeah he's right. I've seen so many mixed reviews, up and down everywhere, It's hard to get a average score. The only way to find out is to play it..Quote:

And sometimes you wonder how Chicken Little got a better score..
dude... chicken little > you
Red Steel is my favourite. I don't like halo or fps since the dreamcast because of the controllers. red steel > zelda
