I didn't know where to put this, so I figured "General" would be as good a place as any. My son was asking how accurate the distance ran in the timed jogging mode was. That got me wondering as well. When you first get on, you put your height in. Does it use this to calculate your stride and actually guesstimate a distance for that mii, or is it just a number that is displayed equally for all people on there? Now I know I'm putting too much into this, but I was just curious. My youngest son gets on it and jacks around. For his 30 minute jog, he'll jog for most of it, but when he gets tired, he just sits down and moves the wiimote to finish the time off lol. Or to speed up, he just takes quick little baby spurts with his feet to move fast all of a sudden, so no amount of computing is going to accurately measure the distance run given those. The only way to truly measure that would be to make a wiimill (a wii treadmill). Just wanted to know if anyone knew how much actually went into that part of the wiifit program.
