I feel like doing one of those Take 5 commercials for Wii.
"The Nintendo Wii just saved my life."
Anyways what was the selling point for you. I'll start I guess.
Well I remember my love for Nintendo hasn't changed since I first got a NES in 1994. But I haven't purchased a console since Nintendo 64, really skipped the next generation as it wasn't for me (My PC had me hooked). I was excited by Nintendo's newest system the Revolution (at the time) though nothing was displayed just the sleek and compact design that I knew I would love, I looked at other consoles and they were ugly incomparison so this was the start of my quest for a new console. With Nintendo being the company I trusted since a kid, I knew they couldn't do wrong after Gamecube. But originally when I saw the Revolution's controller I was angered, because it was different and it was a risk that Nintendo took. At the time I thought it was the worst idea ever but all that changed at E3 2006 when Nintendo put my fears to rest. And I was sold.
