I have recently bricked my pal wii!! im using the sun v1.5 mod chip and played the new mario tennis game, but i was not informed that is was a usa game. so its installed the new 4.0 update but for the wronf regoin. All im getting is a black screen when i turn on my console!!! it stays the same when i put games in as well. All chks have been made , cables etc an there all fine.

Any help will much appreciated.

Get Savemii, search for it on google.

I had the same problem and I manage to fix it by switching video modes in my tv. I had it connected to AV2 which is also component on my tv I think and I switched to component view and I could see the screen in black and white scrolling really fast but I was able to navigate enough to install the correct firmware.
