her the story Reports are indicating Zelda has been pushed to November! Same month as the Nintendo Revolution launch!
Nintendo Revolution Zelda
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess has been in development now for what seems like forever, and now it appears that we will have to wait even longer. Since the game’s delay before Christmas, Nintendo has not commented officially as to when the game would officially be released, simply saying sometime in 2006. A report we received recently from TVG has brought it to our attention that Best Buy has announced all pre-orders of the game that it will not ship until November. This goes along with recent reports stating that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess would be pushed to the Revolution as either an exclusive launch title, or a GameCube game with the added functionality of the Revolution Free Hand Controller support for when you played it on the Revolution. Does this mean it could be the killer app for the Revolution launch?
This is an interesting development and should make for even more interesting news if other stores such as GameStop begin to show the November release date. At this point it would make absolutely no sense to release a Zelda game on a previous generation console if your next-gen console launches in the same month, so this all but confirms the fact that Zelda: Twilight Princess will have some sort of capacity on the Nintendo Revolution launch whether it be as an exclusive launch title, or a GameCube game with the support of the Free Hand Controller for when you play it on Revolution. E3 cannot come soon enough as new information should be available by then from the Nintendo camp!
