Koei Tecmo provides monetary incentives for employees to make more babies
The global population may be ballooning like mad, but Koei Tecmo seems to think that there aren't enough Dynasty Babies to form a strikeforce. If China has the One-Child policy to discourage procreation, Koei Tecmo does the exact opposite, providing monetary incentives for their employees to have more babies.
Starting this month, any employee who has his/her third child will receive a gift payment with an equivalent of US 20,300. For first time parents, it's just US 1,000. For second-timers, it's about US 2,000. There's nothing about how much they'd give for a fourth child and so on, but at that point, I'd rather Koei Tecmo hand out condoms instead, that's just me.
Before Koei and Tecmo merged, they gave their employees US 1,000 each time they had a child. Now that they've merged, they've got more resources to get those lovers to get it on.
