Default Problem changing hard drive

Hi,

Just moved all my data from my old 20gb to a brand new 120gb official mssoft drive fro xbox 360.
Everything works except if i try to play a new game (rockband the beatles for instance) it require an update, try to get from the game disc, can not find and then restart the system.
If i play an older game (bioshock) it works flawlessly.
Unfortunately i do not have an internet connection at home, is there a way to update the system in order to play recent games without connecting to the net?
Thanks in advance and regards,

Roberto
