What do you use for sound on your computer monitors (w/ xbox 360)

I need to know cause It looks great...BUT THERE IS NO SOUND!! lol

Get an RCA>headphone adapter, it's wonderful, they are like 2 dollars at radio shack, and convert the red/white into a headphone jack, so I just plug my awesome noise cancelling headphones in and game on...you can't adjust the volume unless its either on your headphones or a seperate amp though.

might wanna fix your sig/make it shorter....

Can you give me a link to where to hookup your X360 to a monitor? Can it be done for other systems like PS2?

I've got mine going through my wireless aiwa headphones. there are RCA jacks right on the charging base/antenna. but you could easily hook it up to a home stereo or whatnot.

hey, well i have a creative 7.1 computer speakers w/ subwoofer (sp?). bah i have like 7 different color plugs in the back while i only need the red and white one. so im a bit confused on how to use the cables with it.

Hello everyone, I want to test a Used Acer computer LCD monitor that I might buy from someone in town 2nd hand. Of course I want to test it before but don’t know what I should take (cables) along with my 2 year old HP laptop. How can I test an Acer LCD computer monitor on my laptop? Any tips/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

For the future please post your question in a separate thread (if you did already then please don't post in other threads). However since you've asked here - just bring along a VGA cable. It's the only output your laptop will have (unless you've got a Mac, then bring a DVI cable). If the Acer monitor has speakers built-in bring a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable.

Be sure to spend more than 10 seconds looking at the monitor on, some older acer monitors can look fine at first but after a few minutes they crap out (not so much on the newer ones though, just an issue with some of the older monitors)
