is there any way to get stuff from 1 360 HDD to another 360 HDD with out a memory card???

Yes, use the HDD that comes with the premium console.

Take it off, and put it on the other 360.

Oh, last I checked, you can connect your 360 to a PC, copy your files from the HDD to the PC, then connect the other 360 to that PC, then copy them onto that HDD.

then can i take save data and market place downlods off it because i have an 360 and my lilttel brother has 1 and i dont want to pay for two things all the time

You wish. Right now as far as i know Team Xecuter hasnt release an adapter to connect the hdd to a pc. So connecting it kinda hard if you dont know what your doing and you need to use a special program to view the files.
