42" HDTV 1080i
42" HDTV 1080i
I got a new TV, so now I play on a 37" LCD HDTV in 1080i.
Just bought this for $1100.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. Tell me how it looks with the 360 and PS3 please. I've had my eye on this model and the 55" for ages now.Quote:

Let me preface this by saying that price is because it was an open box item at Circuit City, so you'll be paying considerably more, especially for one that's 6" bigger...Quote:

But yeah, the picture is immaculent. I mean, it's a Samsung DLP... It doesn't get much better than that ;).
Oh, the Xbox 360 looks awesome. Play GoW at 1080p on this set actually makes it look better, which, one would think is impossible. And the PS3 also very awesome... Blu-Ray movies look amazing, but even DVD's upscaled to 1080p Look Awesome.
I highly recommend this TV Abe, go for it :)
P.S. I just thought I'd add, my PS3 is gonig through HDMI, and my Xbox is going through VGA. Both look exceptional. It does have 2 HDMI ports, so you'll be able to plug both you're PS3 and Elite through HDMI. Seems perfect for you.
I play my **** on a $100 Emerson 22 inch tv from walmart, bite my shiny metal ass
I thought the exact same thing, pretty sure my dad paid like 1800 for a 40 inch.Quote:
