I use the same monitor and speakers for my 360 and computer, with a KVM. Would it be possible to have the music playing on my computer transfer over to my 360 so it is the same song and at the same location in the song?

Worded weirdly, sorry.

Download Windows Media Connect and you can stream all your music from the PC to the 360, but it won't let you move the music to the 360.

Or just plug in your MP3 player and stream your music that way

Mac or PC? On the Mac it's easy enough to do using 360 Connect.
Otherwise download and install the WMC software for the PC>

Sorry, I know about the whole streaming thing with WMC.

But what I meant was:
Say I have a song playing on itunes. When I switch over to the 360, the same song is playing and it is at the same point in the song.
