Could someone just explain to me what it is I'm supposed to do exactly? I've been lookin over these FAQs and Troubleshootin pages and can't make heads or tails out of em..

If someone could explain the steps in plain text it would make things alot easier for me and I'm sure for alot of others

Hey after about an hour or so searchin through forums for the proper process I finally found the right one and it actually WORKED!! XVID AND DIVX on 360!!!!

http://forums.xbox.com/2/8418911/ShowPost.aspx

This thread has it all....scroll down to about 3/4ths the way down and you'll see a really nice step by step method....theres a semi-ok method above it but scroll past that one....it was posted by homez99

I did everything they told me to and yeah it all worked.....btw if uve got a nice machine try increasing the video resolution, doin so made my picture perfect....but yes it does drain the CPU very efficiently, I don't recommend a slow computer doin so but you can just play with it and find the best for ur pc to handle.....that was the only problem I had but easily was fixed....only problem I have now is that I have to switch to "letterbox zoom" on my 360 to get the full picture but I'm trying to see what to modify to fix that little problem....but yeah my picture from my xvid and divx movies is coming in crystal clear..pretty much 97% perfect....

Awesome sooo far....can't wait for the next update to the program with a little bit more transcoding stability...but believe me it is extremely extremely awesome as is....

Ya I couldn't quite figure it out today either. I am at work so I can't read the thread you linked to yet as they have the site blocked but thanks for the info. Hopefully, I will be able to get it working too.
