i keep getting an error. and i can't find it in the marketplace anywhere. the only way i can get to the DL is if i attach an ipod to the system and try to play songs that aren't compatible.

I had the same problem but they have it under the wrong category. I think its under demos. It only lets you play AAC uprotected music tho so songs bought from itunes still wont work.

Yeah. You'll have to wait till Apple comes out with their video game console till you can play protected AAC on your console.

hehe ya I know. Which is another reason why I love my zune over my ipod. All my videos and everything work fine on my 360 without any problems =)
