I just got a tv tuner and it came with a remote. I hooked it up to my 360 and the remote works with my 360 in the dashboard fine but when I get into windows media center it doesnt. Do I need the xbox 360 media remote to use inside windows media center? Changing channels with the xbox 360 controller sucks =/

Yes you do need the 360 media remote for it to offically work.
