Xbox LIVE Monthly Question
I ordered a month of Xbox LIVE directly through account management on the 360 a while ago and charged it to my sister's credit card. Fast forward to present day and I'm still wondering why they haven't downgraded my account from gold to silver. So today I get an email saying Microsoft wasn't able to charge a monthly fee to the card for some reason. Turns out Microsoft was charging me every month! How dumb of me to think that Microsoft was giving away free LIVE. Anyways, how do I get rid of or cancel this monthly service?
